It is my pride and pleasure to grant my message to our valued customers, employees and suppliers who are endlessly subsidized to our core value of the organization. Also I am immensely honored to be a Chairman for a group of companies with 100% Sri Lankan owns with the market no.1 product in Sri Lanka “AMINS HERBAL BLACK HENNA”.
We initiated the Charith enterprises in a humble way by importing and marketing AMINS HERBAL BLACK HENNA and BLACK GOLD HERBAL BLACK HENNA to Sri Lankan market. At the time we launched AMINS and BLACK GOLD to market, there were many brands with a solid market. Prior to the launch our surveys exhibited that no products were registered under health ministry and none of the brands were natural. Therefore, we emphasized to launch AMINS and BLACK GOLD approval from health ministry as a natural product to the market. Apparently consumers have experienced and trusted us for last 15 years and AMINS HERBAL BLACK HENNA became the market leader for last couple of years since we got away from traditional marketing tactics to newer innovative strategies took us to this stage today.
Our key milestone was to establish our headquarters in a palace for leading business identity which is in World Trade Center today. Over a period of time Charith enterprises became private limited under the name of CHARITH GROUP OF COMPANIES, a diversified family owned venture which has many subsidiaries such as Charith Enterprises (Import and export arm), Charith Cosmetics (Importers and distributors of Amin’s Black Henna, Royal Black hair shampoo), Charith Filling Stations (Operates at Raththanapitiya, Baddegama, Ambalangoda), Charith Empire (Importers of branded item of hotel and household cutlery utensils ware house), Charith Holiday Resort (Tourist Board approved Chalets in Nuwara Eliya) And Black Gold Rythemians Where I am serving as the chairman to the company and Mrs. Nilushi Kumarage becoming the managing director and her contribution is commendable for the growth of our Company.
Our customers are the Heart of our achievements today. We constantly admire our valued customer demands and inquiries to the utmost level and their satisfactory is our priority. We are also contented to reveal that our customers are delighted and overwhelmed by experiencing our products and unending after sales service. Since it has proved from the repeated purchases and rapid sales growth and also we have awarded with the Best Importers for the last 18 years contrasting with 17 countries and achieved the president flame award continuously three times.
Last but not least, Charith Group always value the contribution of our employees who serve like an own family by contributing their precious time to our accomplishments today. I am certain that they have achieved a decent advancement and their quality of life while we strive forward to uplift further.
